Orders and Delivery
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand. Fresh food products require refrigeration upon delivery.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are recurring and will be charged automatically based on your selected frequency. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the next billing date.
Limitation of Liability
The Bon Pet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
