Our Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh pet food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. We take great care in packaging and shipping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for orders that arrive damaged, contain incorrect items, or have quality issues. We may request photos of the affected products to process your claim. All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at hello@thebonpet.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement delivery or issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged. If you cancel after being charged, you will receive your final delivery and no further charges will be made.
