Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas in Singapore. Delivery is available from Tuesday to Sunday, with various time slots to fit your schedule.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free delivery on orders of $50 and above. For orders below $50, a flat delivery fee of $8 applies.
Delivery Time Slots
Choose from our available delivery time slots during checkout. Time slots include morning (9AM-12PM), afternoon (12PM-3PM, 3PM-6PM), and evening (6PM-9PM) options. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Fresh Food Handling
Our fresh pet food is delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Fresh food should be consumed within 5 days when refrigerated or up to 3 months when frozen.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription orders are delivered automatically based on your selected frequency (every 7, 14, 21, or 28 days). You can modify your delivery schedule or pause your subscription at any time through your account.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food products, we cannot accept returns once delivered. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
